Eastbourne’s Remembrance Service this year was led by Emmanuel Church’s Rev. Paul Tabraham at the Eastbourne war memorial on Sunday 9th November. In attendance were The Worshipful the Mayor of Eastbourne, Margaret Bannister, Deputy Lieutenant for East Sussex Violet Hancock, our MP Mr. Josh Babarinde OBE and other civic dignitaries. The Eastbourne Citadel Salvation Army Band and Eastbourne Scottish Pipe Band provided music, and many military and uniformed organisations joined the parade. The weather was good and the service was very well attended as can be seen in this aerial footage. It was taken by local photographer Stephen Deacon who has kindly granted Emmanuel Church permission to use it.
