In a similar fashion as other memorable times of the year. The cross and railings outside Emmanuel Church are once again, adorned with flowers created by Church members & Jenny Wren children. The cross was decorated red in the days running up to Easter Sunday to remind us of the blood Jesus Christ shed for us on the cross. Then, from Easter Sunday onward, the cross was covered in a beautiful array of colours to remind us what was accomplished through his sacrifice – new life for all who believe.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
