Adult Groups & Activities
At Emmanuel, we have a range of social and fellowship activities which are open to all. we are committed to sharing our faith through prayer and fellowship with one another, and within the local community.
Monday 10. 30 – 11.00
An informal group for reflection and intercession, followed by a friendly chat over a cup of coffee.
The Emmanuel fellowship meets (from 1st March onwards) every Monday at 2:30 pm.
A varied program including guest speakers and other activities. The programme is primarily social but includes occasional devotional aspects.
An evening get-together, fortnightly at 7:30 pm on Tuesdays.
A very varied programme, including talks and musical and social events.

Guild will then recommence in March 2019 until June.
A choir leads the singing during worship at Emmanuel, and often contributes an anthem. There is a weekly practice on a Thursday evening. Instrumentalists usually participate in the monthly All Age Worship and occasionally at other times.
Nomads House Group
We meet in members’ homes, usually once a month on a Wednesday evening.
Our meetings are usually based on a study guide which leads to discussion about what it means to be a Christian in today’s society. New members welcome.
Rodmill House Group
We meet in members’ homes, on the second Friday of the month at 2.30pm.
At our gatherings, we have invited speakers who give us different ways of thinking on Biblical topics and there is also a time for sharing and prayer. New members welcome.
We meet every Tuesday morning in the Church Hall from 10am to 12 noon.
Bring along whatever your creative thing is and enjoy fellowship with others over a cup of tea or coffee. All are welcome.
